Women are beautiful at every stage of their life, although many of us (women) don't think so. We are always the first to criticize ourselves. I know I always shy away from the camera and I constantly hear from myself and others "I hate being photographed"..... if only I was thinner, shorter, taller, ...you get the idea. So while we are hiding from the camera, life is zooming by and then you hear yourself saying if only I was younger! Even worse as a mother who has children that love looking through photo albums, is hearing, "mum why aren't there any photos of you?" Regret is something that you have the ability to avoid.
